The purpose of this guarantee is to assure our customers that we have the products they want in store. So if you want a product that we don't yet have at Popavape, just contact us and we'll do everything we can to get it for you. 

 

QUALITY

The purpose of this guarantee is to ensure the proper functioning of every product purchased from us.
In fact, we offer a one-month warranty on all our "hardware" products, against manufacturing defects. In short, on all products except those containing liquid.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our exchange or refund policy applies exclusively to manufacturing defects in the device.

The return period is thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for equipment and forty-eight (48) hours for single-use (disposable) devices.

For an exchange or refund request to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:


  • The customer must present the original proof of purchase (invoice).
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories.



Exclusions

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if, after inspection, it is determined that the defect or malfunction of the device is the result of mishandling, improper use, or damage caused by the customer (failure to follow the instructions for use or normal wear and tear).
