Return Policy
1. Introduction
At Popavape Shops (Canada) Inc, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality vaping products and accessories. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. This Return Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returns and exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for products that meet the following criteria:
- The item was purchased directly from Popavape Shops (Canada) Inc's online store.
- The product is in its original conditions, or is in new;
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product is not listed in the "Non-Returnable Items" section (Section 3).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for the safety and well-being of our customers. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Used/opened disposable;
- Open E-liquids, has no stamp and label is torn;
- Used prefilled Pod and prefilled Pod that has manufacturing defects;
- Failure/damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair;
- Failure/damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse;
- Failure/damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions (See usage manual for operating instructions);
- Damage/failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage;
- Tanks that are leaking are not covered under warranty;
- Loss or damage due to missing components;
- Stripped/damaged threads, crooked 510 connection due to over tightening;
- Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish;
- Rattling or sticky buttons caused by improper use;
- Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty;
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product;
- Items outside of our warranty period.
4. Eligibility items
- E-liquids unopen and has stamp and untorn label;
- Hardware with manufacturing defects like: Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products (drip, RBA), batteries (unless DOA), chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils, mods or any other accessories on the device itself are covered.
- Accessories such as coils and drip tips;
- Items inside of our warranty period.
5. Return Process
Note: The shipping costs for items sent to Popavape (Shops) Canada are the responsibility of the customer, while the shipping costs for items to the customer are covered by Popavape (Shops) Canada. Please note that the incurred shipping costs are neither refundable nor credited.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number;
- Describe what you did to identify the problem;
- Include a photo of the defective portion of the product in the email;
- Include a photo of the product's serial number. Frequently, the serial number is visible on the device itself, but it can also be found on the packaging, often referred to by the abbreviation "S/N";
- Include in the email a photo of the label specifying the importer "Imported by". Your product has a sticker (or is printed directly on the packaging) containing information about the importer;
- Include a photo of your receipt in the email;
- Once you have received the RMA number, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging (if applicable);
- Include a copy of your purchase receipt or invoice in the package;
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package;
- Ship the package to address shared by our Support Team in the authorization email, using a trackable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Inspection and Refund/Exchange
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your return based on your preference:
Refund: If the return is approved and you prefer a refund, we will credit the original payment method for the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process upon the we’ve received the item.
Exchange: If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the return is approved. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Warranty Claims
For products covered under manufacturer warranties, please refer to the specific warranty terms and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. Popavape Shops (Canada) Inc is not responsible for warranty-related matters.
